• Print out of online police Clearance form (FOR INDIAN PASSPORT HOLDERS ONLY). https://embassy.passportindia.gov.in
• Cover Letter For PCC ( It should duly mention from where PCC is required)
• Personal particular form.
• Photo copy of passport front and back page.
• Photo copy of permanent HKID(In case if not permanent HKID Then HK visa page also).
• Letter from concerned immigration/Authority asking for PCC from the applicant.
• Photo 2”x2” white background( no of photo 2)

• Certificate of Incorporation of China company.
• Offer letter from China company.
• No objection Letter from Hong Kong company on company letter head ( Letter should have applicants name and passport number).
